Engaging leaders
to develop a culture of growth!
Helping pastors, leaders and parents experience real, lasting transformation in themselves and in the churches, communities and familes that they lead.
How we do this …
We offer Coaching and Spiritual Direction to help you live and lead from a place of connection and love.
COACHING FOR PASTORS AND LEADERS
Our coaching has a direct impact on your personal growth, helping you become more self-aware, resourcesful, resiliant, and aware of others. We also provide a sounding board to clarifying your relational ideas and allow you to confidentially talk through issues. Our focus is on “how to be” and “who you are to those you lead”, not some new strategy that will flash and fade.
SPIRITUAL DIRECTION
Spiritual Direction is a shared, collaborative experience whereby a director and directee come together for the primary purpose of focusing on the presence and activity of God in the directee’s life. It’s an ancient practice intended to facilitate a deeper experience of God in our lives, both in terms of our conversation with God and our attention to him.
We also offer the following support …
PARENTING RESOURCES
As parents ourselves, the importance of parenting has always being close to our hearts. For this reason we offer on-line coaching for parents, and parenting seminars or workshops. Our approach is practical so as to help the parents become the answer to their children’s emotional needs.
All our parenting resources are FREE.
SPIRITUAL TRAUMA SUPPORT
Conflict and misue of power, or even just lack of awareness can be an all too common occurrence in church communities. Being brave with a trusted listener can help us process life’s challenges and move through the strong emotions that can make us feel like the ground is giving way. We offer a guided, safe and confidential space to do just that.
